ABOUT US
The men's basketball team of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) is one of the top collegiate sports teams in Vietnam, showing remarkable growth and continuous progress in recent years. With a professional training system and strong support from the university, the team has attracted young talents, developing a playing style that emphasizes technique, speed, and tactical flexibility. The team not only competes in domestic tournaments but also aims to participate in regional competitions, helping to elevate the status of Vietnamese student basketball.
ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2018, the TDTU men’s basketball team won the Ho Chi Minh City Student Basketball Championship for the first time, triumphing over 25 teams from 22 universities in the region. This milestone marked the team’s potential and growth in the student basketball scene.
In 2022, the team further solidified its reputation by winning the National Student Basketball Championship. With a young and talented squad, solid technical skills, and a determined spirit, TDTU proved itself as a formidable force in collegiate basketball.
Beyond major achievements, the team regularly participates in friendly matches against top universities domestically and internationally, allowing players to gain experience and improve their competitive skills.
